Hey chaps ! Is there any way to get unbanned ?

If there is no way to be unbanned then plz help to enter other account from one device. So I got permanent ban, then I bought new account. Delete the game, then registered new id in Game Center , reload , install the game . And even using new Game Center id I can not enter they game due to banning . Any variants chaps? Tnx in advance

Hello! And plz tell anybody does this thing work for the latest game version? I have plenty people banned permanent so if anybody can help we r ready to pay for this
