so many people got errorcode: -1 Seems like this is only for ios 8~9, not for ios10 or above

don't know why always got error code -1 running ios 11.1 iTunes is the latest version manually backup without encrypt and save in computer passcode and auto-lock are off, disabled find my iPhone keep connecting with a fine lightning cable using iBackupbot to export or import file perfectly but failed to restore the progress bar shows up then nothing has loaded and got errorcode: -1 after a few seconds.
