I used this hack yesterday and it was working fine. When I launched the game today however, I got the popup window from customer service saying I'm banned for the next 2 weeks

This happens to me occasionally also and my solution has been to re-boot to Safe Mode and then open the app. Once it opens I close the app, leave Safe Mode and re-launch the app again in normal mode. This works 99% of the time for me. The other 1% I just delete the app and remember not to download it again.
