You would put the for example VA = 0x101010", You would put the 101010 on the offset part and the hex can be "0090261EC0035FD6" Which is a high value hex

You can use DnSpy to find the offset and use the live offset tool to test, But that depends on your method to have the hack work, Modmenu, Patch etc..
