Leave the area you’re in, run to another zone and enter it, you’ll go back to normal. It’s a bug involving loot. When you’re at the farm and you pick up the blue box you can place multiple down before putting into saw to open.

Lost infinite weapon speed as well. Not sure was working during this last update, just logged in and it’s gone now.
