True, I kept it, but I only enable it when I need it via icleaner pro

Few weeks ago I was going creazy because bbc I player stopped working after update, it would just crash and never open. After some tinkering I found out that the culprit was Locallappstore, it just needed disabling (via icleaner pro) or disinstalling and all was functional once again. Hope this helps somebody
