Try reinstalling the linktunes tweaks, maybe downgrading them if they started to fuss after an update, otherwise you may need to use Linktunes 7 or 8, they should work regardless of their intentions

I don't believe you can do this. You can retrieve messages and contacts via special software, but I don't think you can load the OS backup the way you intend
