I am not trying to spawn anything just nothing really spawns

Nothing at all spawns no natural spawns but if I turn it of on the setting it all works, things naturally spawn if I don’t have the cheat on.

for some reason nothing at all spawns npcs i mean nothing. any solutions? but if i turn it of on the settings things spawn like normal.

Theres a missing file i tryed getting the orriginal obb and teted it and downlouded the apk still it didnt work it sill crashed please get a fix to this problem or remove this topic
