make sure the app is not installed, did you hit "trust" on your phone when you plugged it in? make sure your phone is unlocked and just sitting on the home screen, make sure internet is connected and your date and time on your phone are set to auto.. also make sure you have enough space on your device.

you may need to wait for new cydia impactor update... google the error.
