Yes KiriSIU please do let us know how do you free up the citizens from the buildings without giving out "Network Error" and then doing the Expedition!!

Dr.manhot, nobody forced you to check this post or provide your two bits.. If you didn't like something move on.. And if I remember correctly you were just this rude even in the post you had placed in few weeks back.. Changing your display name won't let you hide in plain sight..

The steps mention when you are upgrading buildings and don't have free citizens.. Yes if you have free citizens you can just go on quick finishing things... Without doing trying things first don't go running your mouth.. If can't help others or other's efforts it's better you stay quite.. Read post carefully before up voting a post comment!!

The issue was with their servers going down... Not related to Expedition
