the new Cydia Substrate suport safe mode just force reboot your phone by holding the home button and the lock botton in the same time once rebooting keep holding your volume botton (+) till you got to the screen lock then go to Cydia an delete the broken package and reboot once again.

you guys should use IconTools from cydia it display the apps folders and the apps data it very useful

did you download the shou tv app from itunes because you need to sing up in the app first
