    maybe you can use a computer and install through there. Like impactor since your still jailbroken. If you can just follow the same steps

    Did u install Filza? If you did download a file while in jailbroken state Open with filza (don't worry about the random file, just use it to access filza. That's the only way I can when my stuff disappears.) Go into root Delete .cydia_no_stash and .yalu_X (at very bottom) Reboot your device then rejailbreak There u go it should be fixed. edit: this forces cydia to reinstall, and is by far the easiest if you've downloaded filza while jailbroken.
