What you have to do is scroll all the way to the bottom before the comments and in the left should be a button that says thanks, tap that and scroll back up and where the red box was should be a link. You are on the wrong post he updated it to a new post if you see and just go to the new page and follow the steps I said before.

shmoo I was having trouble with the coins after I left the game my coins that I have earned would not save, I would have to buy some thing to make them save. This didn't happen to the gems though.
