If you actually read the fist page where he talks about how it works, he explains that. You have to buy the food to get coins, same with diamond except it's refishing. Btw, I'll advise you to make sure you do the refishing once, as I did it twice and it made me have negative gems so I had to delete my save file and start a new one.

Thanks! Edit : So if I also have negative gems, I have to delete the app and lose all my data? Any way there' should a tweak for jailbreak that saves your data or fix this? Edit 2: Nevermind, I ended up just deleting the game and redone loading to start a new save file, thanks again for this!
