It just seemed to run smoother for me. I don't remember, but I think it was running 4.0 the last time I checked [A decently long time ago]. As for the iOS Apps? http://www.droid4x.com/ They advertise that they're making a Droid4X App to run on iOS. Pretty neat little video. I wouldn't mind having both on my phone O: !

Bluestacks seems to hog resources on my end <.< . I don't currently use anything, anymore, but when I did, I found that Droid4X ran smoother for me <.<! I can't wait for iOS App for Droid4X. I think that'll be interesting to look into O: !
