Anyone having trouble connecting.

I must be doing something wrong. Can't get the stinking thing to work. After I put in the final value and click modify. I change it to 9999. Will the phone numbers update to 9999 or will they reflect the old value in game.

Do the call count down to zero and you can keep going?
