I have SE I removed igg and did fast clean. But still gives that error -

previously i downloaded many version of igg and then initialization failed apears. i tried this method and it says initialization failed again. i think its about previous files of igg versions. how i can delete the igg files completely? p.s: cydia does not force me to restart. after installing igg it says return to cydia -
