Update @Rook flexdecrypt - Couldn't install due to libkrw. After making it rootless and installing, an error is given (Trying to overwrite '/var/jb/usr/lib/libkrw.0.dylib', which is also in package net.siguza.libkrw 1.1.2) My guess, flexdecrypt or Sileo isn't detecting that rootless package. fouldecrypt - I was able to make rootless and install, however the fouldecrypt command isn't recognized in SSH. Sad.. 😪 More research I found that Theos is bugged being unable to link rootless packages, so updating iGG for rootless may not be possible yet? Haven't found an answer. Hopefully that doesn't prevent you from updating iGG. (Stares at Ellekit)

Sounds good. I'm going to try to get flexdecrypt and or fouldecrypt working to see if that fixes it. I'll update soon.

I’m not sure. Probably because people will try to use outdated deb’s that’ll break jailbreak? Not sure, but I feel Opa will release something after out of beta once things are “safe”. I was able to install iGG deb, but it doesn’t seem to inject into apps activated. I know it works cause my preferences are saved (When you enable a application to be injected into). When iGG closes, settings persist which is a good sign. Any ideas why it’s not injecting, and why iGG decrypt doesn’t work? The normal binary + ipa is still encrypted, and bfdecrypt doesn’t seem to work.

Here’s the GIST I made with everything needed to be known. For Rook: Opa left a message on twitter in regards to supporting rootless with theos in future. Though this method works, he recommends tweaks being compiled properly. In the mean time, I hoped I helped some.

Good news. Debs can be fixed, which I can confirm tested and works. Tried fixing iGG but it wouldn’t inject into applications. Still trying to figure out how to get this working 😩 Will post again here in a minute giving details on fixing debs.

I tried Filza rootless and didn’t know it was updated, however trying to install a deb nothing happens.

I’m not sure why. I’ve tested on 2 devices that aren’t jailbroken and the game launches fine. What device you have and iOS version?

I see, so non jailbreak ipa’s are modified binaries, interesting.. But how does the iOS god menu loads with them if it’s not a tweak? However Thanks!. I think I understand now, time to try modifying my first iPA

isn’t that what sideloady is for, if a tweak was made with theos? cause even jailbreak tweaks i could use on jailed if injected, like iGameGod which is memory related. i’m confused now lol And Flex would work? I thought that was only for jailbreak?!

Yes, he’s aware. Even for iOS 15.2 I’m on it doesn’t work, however for coins there’s a work-around that works. - Inject IGameGod into SS. - Go to a store, preferably the super market and put 5 oranges or something in your backpack. - Go to the counter to check out but don’t buy. Search for that value. - Leave counter and give yourself a few more oranges, go back to the counter and search the value again until you get 1 result. - Set the value to a “negative” amount of money you want to get then buy. - Results: Given that amount of cash.

Thank for the reply! So for example a unity game that’s il2cpp, instead of decompiling I’ll need to modify the app with IDA? Or would those addresses/offsets still work within IDA? I didn’t think IPA binaries could be modified in ways, basically I want to modify functions within a binary, which I would be limited doing so if I modified OP code within IDA? I don’t know if what I said makes any sense. I have some experience reverse engineering Windows applications, but trying to learn for iOS being jailed

Is it possible to get on jailed? Is their an alternative to use to test my own developed tweaks? Do I really need Live Offset Patcher? Cause most guides requires it. Thanks
