delete the tweaks that give you that message, it means hey didnt install properly, i bootlooped a phone a while back because of it

you can't install .debs or .ipas with Filza, it hasn't been updated yet. I recommend SSH

i don't think you can downgrade but i know you can upgrade to whatever iOS with SSH blobs

AppAdmin stopped me from installing anything from the app store but i removed it and it works fine

Coolstar has just tweeted about updating APT on Cydia. DO NOT DO IT!!!!! if you have done that and are getting warnings when you open cydia or if sources and tweaks don't work, Don't panic! there has already been a fix for it all you need to do is download http://www.mediafire.com/file/vn396hkgha7yh3v/apt7-lib_0.7.25.3-15_iphoneos-arm.deb Open WinSCP Log in with your IP Address (default username: root password: alpine ) go to /private/var/tmp and place the debian file into the folder open the Terminal and type in -> 1. cd /var/tmp 2. dpkg -i apt7-lib_0.7.25.3-15_iphoneos-arm.deb 3. killall -9 SpringBoard Now your device will respring and Cydia should work properly!!

how are we able to install mods from iOSGods if iFile and Filza don't work wih Electra?

There is no proper or working cydia with meridian. They are working on a working cydia and should be done soon. If you have an older version phone or ipad that cant go over ios 10 then just use H3lix. It supports all 32 bit devices and runs a full jailbreak with cydia.
