doesn't work. it's not perl. when i go to /var/theos there is no 'bin' directory. is this the problem?

i followed this topic [https://iosgods.com/topic/34420-how-to-install-theos-in-ios-933/] (i skipped steps 10-15) and when i get to the 2nd to last step, "Type in /var/theos/bin/nic.pl" i do so and MTerminal gives me the error, "No such file or directory". please help. i want to start making hacks. thanks edit: when i go to /var/theos there is no 'bin' directory. is this the problem?
