I actually manually went to spin the pokestop and unbanned it but it still says the same thing. do i have to use this tool or can i just do it manually?

It was working and I stopped the bot to check on the account on my phone, i start the bot up again and it says this... i haven't changed anything in the settings what could be wrong?
