    Everytime i lauch it it soft bans me right away, any solution?

    Now I'm getting this error, and yes i've changed the username and password and coordinates in the user settings =(

    I actually manually went to spin the pokestop and unbanned it but it still says the same thing. do i have to use this tool or can i just do it manually?
