im trying to hack bullet force but my functions window is empty when i put binary in ida does that mean that game is not hackable with ida or is there another way ive been on tutorials for 3 days straight already i need some support so i can start this please and thanks in advance

I'm new to making hacks be nice I have a iPhone 6plus jailbreak 10.2 Yalu I'm installing theos and everything is going good until I try to start a tweak when I type "/var/theos/bin/nic.pl" it comes back and gives me an "" sh /var/theos/bin/nic.pl : /var/perl : bad interpreter : no such file or directory
