Try rebooting your iOS device by holding home button and lock button together and hold till the apple logo appears and let go. see if the apps appear when ur device is back on again

Hi guys, I was thinking bout getting the free iGameGuardian for iOS 10 tweak from the: http://rasha.1/repo/ and when it was 100% complete it gave me this after even 20 minutes of getting the repo, it got stuck here: It's not the repo causing the problem but even trying to delete a existing source stucks here Help will be greatly appreciated!
