I downloaded it directly from the iOSGods App it pops up that I signed in with my gamecenter when I launch the game but my progress is all gone. When I re-download the appstore version of the game my original account is still there.

Im having this same issue. The hack works great but Im unable to get my gamecenter account to the modded version. IF anyone has a fix or knows a fix please let us know! Id love to play on my main account. Find anything out on how to fix this? Id really like to play on my main account and not have to start over
