my cydown keeps timing out. it started when i installed gravity or somthink like that, my device went in to boot loop of which i sorted. on ipad 2 ios 9.0.2 can i use cydia impactor? Thanks

This is common sense. Sorry but it is. Your lucky you didn't brick it as it can happen by doing this. Only reset network settings is safe ( but not recommended ). If ppl do, do this I recommend letting your battery die! Fully! Then turn phone on again.
