Alright guys here is one simple solution to make this app work after u follow all the steps above and it stop working after u use for a while. No need to reboot device or do semi jailbreak again and again. Just go to ifile var/mobile/library... Then delete the file com.apple.gg.record4.plist. Then Go back to igg once u delete plist file and u will get developer error again. Just follow all the steps in terminal as u did before then open igameguardian working......

You might have deleted some cydia file accidently. Backup ur device and erase all content by going into settings and after that restore ur backup and start all over the same old process of jailbreak.
