Cracked it. Bought some Dollars with real cash, then bought some coins with said dollars, then both my currencies rocketed up. Cost me £4 but still happy with it, thanks a lot!

I cannot get any cash or dollars - am I doing something wrong - have been spending for a few days still nothing. Also I got the popup every time I open the game which asks to donate or visit this site, any way to turn this off? Thanks!
