I know how to respring while in safe mode but when I do it reconnects me in no substrate mode

I typed it while it was respringing infinitely and it had no effect

I tried it while in safe and while respring and still I get infinite respring

I say 'killall' and then '-9' does not work

That command wont work now, I am logged in fine now but the command after root wont work

I put my ip in and I think it worked in PuTTY but then it won't allow me to type in PuTTY

I thought i had to input killall -9 SpringBoard into PuTTY terminal thing and I can't

From my phone SSH? Which tweak does such things? How do I respring from PuTTY, sorry I noob.

It says the same network error, am I supposed to be in safemode while doing thing?

Port 22. And I am connected to the same Wifi, pc is through ethernet though

If I get helix will my tweaks save and will I not have to ssh?

I downloaded an incompatible tweak without realizing and then it infinitely resprung, so I did the safe mode trick and then deleted it and then tried to rejail and it's still infinitely respringing.

I infinitely respring whenever I try to jailbreak, it started with a tweak glitch, but I did the safe mode thing but it didn't work even after I uninstalled the tweaks. So? Help.
