I've found it in AppCake but cannot add the repo cuz Cydia says it's not found. However found it in any of my repos. But the app itself does not support comments anymore.

Kinda working. It adds up 955M of both resources but if you do like me and buy all the properties, then you loose your money. I just updated the app to the last version which was released couple of hours ago, so yes - it is working but not as an unlimited amount of resources.
