try to clean the safari data and reboot your router so it changes your IP address -
backup, restore in DFU mode, rejailbreak and then if it works restore the backup. if you don't know how to restore in DFU mode, YouTube is full of tutorials

I don't think that they can ban your phone... Try to log in from a different device and try to reboot your router to change the Wi-Fi IP Address

Maybe you got soft-banned by SnapChat... Try to unjailbreak using Cydia Eraser and then see if SnapChat works... Maybe it detects that you're jailbroken -

I think you are an user that just arrived on the iOS world from Android. The thing is, you can't change the messaging app on iOS. You have to stick to the system one. -
Every tweak you install helps consuming the battery a little more, install only the tweaks that you can't live without.
