I have a problem. i click the link and this pops up: "Uh oh! That's not a valid Passdropit URL. It's possible the link expired, or that you copied it incorrectly. Please check with the sender and try again" I keep refreshing and switching and opening new tabs, but nothings changes this error message. What do i do to fix this problem?
