Well your location isn't determined by the app it's by the location over the internet it but if that did work then it would require a heavily modified IPA which no one is going to do for multiple apps. There are other ways to fake your location like connecting to a proxy or VPN or something like that.

Well the point of an iTunes Backup is to save your stuff, it would be pointless to save the OS then it would be many times bigger, the OS is already on the phone. So you saved your blobs a few months ago for iOS 10.2?

What do you mean "iOS 10.2 backup"? Do you mean restore your apps and settings? Yes. But you cannot restore the iOS version, the OS is not stored in the backup only your data. The only way to go back versions is if you have saved the blobs which allows the update process to go through. You can only save blobs for signed iOS versions at the time you save the blobs, so try to save your blobs for every future iOS version just incase it comes in use.

I saw someone say like you can erase your phone with find my iphone to restore it to the same version but you may need to look that up.

Yeah if a value changes freezing it will make it not change and stay that value.

You didn't make it clear what error you are trying to solve but is it that you can't use the app using the activation patch? There is other better apps. Are you trying to enable tethering on your device, if so there are tweaks for carriers in Cydia that enable the option in settings.

Yeah when you are loading into your jailbreak hold the volume up button to see if you can at least get into safe mode, maybe its a old tweak causing it.

Did you get rid of iOS 10.2? If you do it through iTunes then you'll have to update to the latest version. What exactly did you do to your device when you were trying to "remove the jailbreak" to cause the issue? Maybe there is something you can do to make Cydia work.

You mean respring? I guess you can try and reinstall the app. If you have some type of custom respring screen then you can tell when its respringing if its loading into the jailbreak but that doesn't really help with your problem. Sometimes it use to take me like 5-15 tries but I realised that I had to wait a few seconds and the website version kind of is more likely to work properly.. at least for the iOS 9 jailbreak. Also I told you to wait 5-10 seconds but that's for the website version, for the app version for it to have a 80%-90% chance to work I waited counted to 15 seconds then clicked the button then waited 15 seconds and locked it. You can wait like 20 seconds if that helps.

IDK why but letting it load longer sometimes stops it from working but i'm not sure it may have just been other problems. If it doesn't work try waiting 15 seconds to load after opening the app then click jailbreak and wait 15 seconds then lock it, also try turn low power mode off if it is on that may help it load quickly and properly. If that doesn't work try rebooting but it should work.

You can't hack Instagram for followers but maybe follower apps.

Yeah if you open it in safe mode you will find out if its the app itself or a tweak causing it.

The only current jailbreak for iPhone 7 is for iOS 10.1.1, any videos on versions higher than 10.2 are fake videos.

He doesn't want to jailbreak, he wants to get his Cydia app working. It's sorta hard to install stuff if Cydia isn't working but you could try restoring 9.3.3 but that requires a tweak. IDK if there's a way to delete Cydia and reinstall it, maybe someone else will know.

But with Cydia Impactor you will need to delete and reinstall the apps every 7 days to continue using them. You can also use other apps which have cracked apps in them to download, there are lots of video on youtube of those. One example is -removed-

If crash reporter cannot find the program then try disabling tweaks with icleaner that may be running on the app and see if that fixes the problem. If you'd like just upload a picture of you're installed tweaks list.
