STEP 3: Download Cydia Impactor and extract the archive. STEP 4: Open/Run Cydia Impactor on your computer then connect your iOS Device and wait until your device name shows up on Cydia Impactor. There are multiple issue with iOS 13, some app work, some don't. This is not hack issue Like I said they patched the old one so I found new one, the new one doesn't work properly, it still consume ammo and need to reload but once you get out of ammo the ammo will refill instantly
