Can you try installing with Sideloadly or AltStore? If it works then App+ is the problem else the Mimo app is having problem

When it lead to iosgods app site, click 3 dot button next to install button you'll see an option

This hack is an In-Game Mod Menu (iGMM). In order to activate the Mod Menu, tap on the iOSGods button found inside the app. How about don't turn it on until you are in-game?
