Try enabling UIFileSharing in Sideloadly and sideload again, this will grant you access to game Documents folder. You can view and copy file to local disk using Files app on iOS or 3utools on PC, then with App+ you can use "Sign Your Own Apps" section and enable File sharing, this will also let you access game Documents folder, then you can copy old one and overwrite to new one NOTE that this method will not work on some games especially those syncing with server, for such case use google / facebook signin to save your progress, if there is no such options.
