You may need to contact Rook in pm with your udid and transaction id so he can manually sending link again

Hello, Please understand that Apple has placed new limitations to UDID activations and transfers so there will be delays & there is no exact ETAs as it is unique per user. You can read more about it in our App+ activation & transfer delays topic.

I think Sideloadly account developer install is currently broken, you may need to give Altstore a try, dont know if they fixed it yet Also try using app-specific password to sign
