Just use default option in Sideloadly. I don't have apple dev account to test gamecenter, but some user said after you sideloaded the app, find that app bundle id in your developer account page and enable the entitlements Or you can create and export a developer certificate with gamecenter entitlements enabled and then use with Feather app to install app directly on your device https://github.com/khcrysalis/Feather/releases

You cannot change to the default bundle id, just use .xx even game center will work too If not then you need to check your developer acc by enabling gamecenter entitlements
