Yep deb cheat is just a addon not ipa, you need to install ipa from appstore

Wow that device is old so I assume it is rootfull jailbreak, no need to use iGG just install directly using Filza

Provide video of the issue

Alternatively you can use Derootifier to convert deb file to rootless instead of using iGG

Corrupted deb, try using Safari to download or use different browser like Brave / Firefox

Just tested and it working fine, I tested using jb version non-jb should behave the same way
