You can use Sideloadly to sign with your dev acc Or extract crrtificate, sign with ESign on device -

Maybe you was playing on outdated modded version? Use original version from the AppStore see if you have option to switch server Try completing tutorial and play around 10 mins. Then close the game and reopen see the switch server button appear -
