Yes, all directly from iTunes. From doing a Restore you will lose all your data on the phone, better backup your phone with iCloud or iTunes. That's the only way to get to iOS 11.3.1.

Download iOS 11.3.1 from ipsw.me and Restore your phone to 11.3.1 (Press Shift + Restore and Choose the 11.3.1 ipsw you just downloaded). Then use tvOS 11 Beta Software Profile (Google) to lock Auto Update to 11.4. Done
