@Laxus continued to use the hack;

The game doesn't crash & kick you out anymore. But, also there isn't really no advantage in using the hack instead of the original game.

I see a small difference in the shooting speed but the reloading is still present.

It's not enough to have an advantage while playing the game.

Can anything else be done to the hack so it is effective in game play? 

Make sure you turned onthe cheat feature inside iosgods menu

I never had to use it before. Where can I get a tutorial on how to use the features @Laxus ?
