Try the same stuff dying of hunger and thirst or reinstall the game maybe trying going without any hacks on after reinstalling the game

if that doesn’t work then you’ll just have to start again

Try uninstalling and installing the game, if that doesn’t work let your character die of hunger and thirst. 
that happened to me once but can’t remember which of those two fix it
