That because the dragunov hasn’t been released yet so you probably been banned 

if you’re going to create a new account try to search what have been released and what stuff you can craft, some stuff you can find but can’t craft yet

And now I can’t even go in to the game. It just stops in loading screen. Ir almost loads fully but it stops at like 95% and won’t start the game. What could I do? I have tried reinstalling the game but it won’t help

It hasn't been released yet and you probably got banned for crafting it 

you have to create another game centre profile and reinstall the game

Is the app working for anyone? I try to play it but it just gets out by itself and I'm not banned because I installed the normal app and I can play it normally
