    there's no "bluetooth" video sharing from cydia as far as I know. you and your tv must be on the same WiFi, and connection must be good. Then you can just set your tv options to detect for any device and on your iPhone turn on your AirPlay and try to connect AirPlay shows up on Iphone 4S+ only...
