Try the app I suggested

Search "Text free ultra" on the AppStore. You can group chat and you don't get charged by sending the messages as SMS through the app. You just use your internet data and or WiFi.

I'm not used to using messaging apps but what you can do is: 1. Find a messaging app that allows groups chats 2. Add their numbers to your group chat 3. Send the message As long as they're numbers that are reachable, the messaging app should be able to send them the message.

Their numbers don't have to be on any of the messaging apps on the AppStore. They'll need your new number which you get from the app but that's about it

If one of those people doesn't have an Apple product, or one of them has iMessage off, you'll only be able to send them as SMS to everyone in the group chat and not iMessage.
