Yes, iGG works properly for iOS 9. My iOS version is also 9. It depends on what iGG are you using. Some cracked doesn't work, try to buy it from official site of iGG.

There was a way to lift ban before update version 2.10 but developers patched it so it is impossible now. You have to start with a new account.

Gears have Codes. Find gear location on iGG by changing their copy values. You need Gear code and replace it with another code which one you want to add.

You can not hack Augmentation Cards, but you can Augment of Characters.
