I also faced this problem. A new update for Cydia Impactor has been released. Download the new update from http://cydiaimpactor.com and retry the installation of IPA files. Also, delete the old file with Random number like 372a17f38484504982ecb7728547a09e3698e7a1.p12 before retry with updated cydia impector. P.S - If it will solve your error Mark this as Best Answer.

They are saying that other 64-bit devices like iPhone 6, iPhone 6s and iPad pro and all can be jailbroken with iOS 10.2, so can someone check this please? Thank you.
