Have you changed your email address? by that I mean, have you changed your primary email from iCloud or Apple

From your Home screen, tap Settings > iCloud and make sure that the Apple ID you see is the one you want to use with your account. Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account > iCloud. Tap Forgot Apple ID or Password. Follow the steps you see to unlock your account.
