Most of them are fine, not sure if the problem is xCon but do this first, 1)Boot your device in Safe mode and open the appstore. if you dont know how to do safe mode then go here http://iosgods.com/topic/6474-tutorial-how-to-enterboot-your-idevice-into-safe-mode/ If that doesnt work, then go back to normal not safe mode then do this 2) Respring by holding power and home button at the same time for 10 seconds

i dont know why your ipad wont run in background some used background manager or appheads something
